Baptist Minor Meds offering free Vitality Checks

Adult members of Baptist’s health insurance plan who want to sign up for HumanaVitality can now get their Vitality Checks free of charge at any Baptist Minor Medical Center. Plan members – colleagues and family members – must be 18 or older to get the free screening, which includes height, weight, blood pressure, complete cholesterol and fasting blood glucose tests. Please see below for Baptist Minor Med locations and when they will offer Vitality Checks.

Getting a Vitality Check is required to participate in HumanaVitality, a free employee wellness program open to anyone on Baptist’s health insurance plan. HumanaVitality offers a number of resources and incentives for getting and staying healthy, including coaching and health information. You can earn points for each health activity you report, and those points can be redeemed for prizes in the HumanaVitality Mall.
