Baptist Rehab-Germantown names new chief nursing officer

Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown recently promoted Donna Hale to chief nursing officer.

Hale has served in a management position at Baptist Rehab-Germantown since 1999 and most recently served as manager of staff development, infection control and employee health. She began her career with the hospital in 1994 as a rehabilitation care specialist.

“Donna’s knowledge of nursing and her experience with Baptist Rehab-Germantown made her the ideal candidate for CNO,” said Brian K. Hogan, administrator and CEO of Baptist Rehab-Germantown. “I am happy to have her on the team, and I know she will do an outstanding job.”

Hale started her nursing career with Baptist Memorial Health Care in 1986 and has received numerous honors for her work, including being named among the top 100 nurses in Shelby County and being recognized for nursing excellence in education.
