Baptist Rehab-Germantown colleagues honor top fundraiser

Two Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown colleagues recently honored a Bailey Station Elementary School student for helping to raise money for the 2013 American Diabetes Association’s Step Out Memphis Walk. Rebecca DeRousse, assistant administrator of Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown, and Susanne Gentry, the hospital’s diabetes education manager, presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Caleb Hopkins for his work as the school’s team fundraising captain. Thanks to Hopkins’ leadership, he and his classmates raised $1,000 for the walk. Baptist Rehab-Germantown was a sponsor for the event, which was held on Nov. 9 at Audubon Park.
