Colleagues raise $50,000 for Race for the Cure

Hundreds of Baptist colleagues were among the 15,000 who participated in the 2013 Komen Memphis-Midsouth Race for the Cure. A number of Baptist entities organized teams, including Baptist College of Health Sciences, Baptist Collierville, Baptist DeSoto, Baptist Medical Group, Baptist Memphis, Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown and Baptist Women’s Hospital. Part of the money raised from the race comes back to Baptist hospitals so they can provide free or reduced-price mammograms for the uninsured and underinsured.
