Baptist Union City colleagues raise money for local cancer patients

Baptist Union City colleagues, family and friends gathered on Saturday, June 1, to prepare and sell cups of lemonade at the 13th annual Hometown Walk of Hope. The event had 53 sponsors and 26 teams. More than $184,000 was raised for the Obion County Cancer Agency, which helps cancer patients in Obion County. Baptist Union City colleagues raised approximately $15,000 this year. In addition, the hospital donated $2,000.
